It takes over an important transport function in the body by supporting the storage of valuable minerals. Water enriched with silicon supports natural beauty and mental freshness into old age. Since the body cannot produce silicon itself, it must be supplied daily through food and liquid. A daily requirement of approx. 20-50 mg silicon can be assumed as a guideline. The silicon content of the water is increased by approx. 30-40 mg/l*. In addition, 2.5 litres* of mineralized water cover up to 10% of the daily magnesium requirement. Quite simply without any effort and without swallowing pills – just drink water. In addition, it also has positive effects on the flexibility of blood vessels. The first two litres can therefore be cloudy. The turbidity released is completely harmless. For visual reasons, we recommend discarding the first 2-3 litres until the water runs clear.
