Approximately 157mm in length, the head is around 30mm at its widest. The handle is approximately 16mm wide. Many layers of paper are pressed together to form a fork strong enough to enjoy a crunchy salad. When dropped on its end from a height of 60cm, the tines do not bend or break and are much stronger than you may think.
