It measurably slows down sweat production. DUALELASTAN wire headband. A solid plastic bridge fits between the two headband wires, which are fixed in their position by moulding the TPE material around the wire. The result is a dramatic increase in usability and lifetime of the headband. The main benefits are: Stiffness of the headband supports and protects the wires far better than the old foam welded into the foil headband. The old system did not allow changing of the headband cushion. Now it is possible to replace a cushion whenever the wearer needs to do so. The usual shrinking of PVC foiled headbands causing tears cannot occur. The tension of the wires is far better protected by the inner headband than any foil system could, keeping constant pressure for years.
